I was in need of a childminder - made her aware my son is autistic- she will charge you for a minimum of 3hours for after school pickup and with less than 24 hours send you a message like the following /and leave you in dire straits to arrange alternative care arrangements despite having already agreed to a care arrangement where she’ll insist on 3 weeks of money in advance and after only having had my children in her care for less than 1 hour said this by text at near on 7pm after I’d collected my children at 415 :

“Hi K I’m so sorry I will not be able to take your children again. The other children in my care were so affected, one of them did not eat before his dad picked him up and the other ones ate late their parents have to sit in the car and wait for them to finish eating which never happened because I was dealing with your son since they came in trying to keep an eye on him.

As much as I love to help, I don’t think I will be able to, all attention was on your son trying to make sure he did not stray away to the kitchen or upstairs. My children are working from home upstairs and it can be distractive to them while working.

Na - not right - don’t be fooled by this one who likes to omit an aurora of being a devout Christian - it was my sons first and only day with her - 0 considerations that some children need time to adjust to a new environment would not even afford me a reasonable period of time before banishing my son from her home whilst fully aware the day after was the only other day that week I’d need so as to be able to start a new job / I’ll be reporting to ofsted too
