Hannah brilliantly looked after our 5 month old daughter from lunchtime until 11pm during a family wedding. She was punctual and was excellent at being in touch beforehand to arrange it all. She kept everything tidy, and our daughter seemed perfectly happy and content in her company. We would highly recommend her.

For my wedding in May I needed 2 babysitters to look after 5 children. 3 infants and 2 toddlers. Hannah and her friend Lisa were amazing! Hands on, positive and really made me and the other parents feel at ease about leaving the children with them. They were even happy enough to take on 2 more unexpected older children as they were tired from dancing so much! I will definitely be using Hannah again for babysitting!

Would recommend Hannah to parents, particularly for holidaying families who aren't used to leaving their little ones with strangers.
We were in the Newquay area on holiday and hadn't left our daughter with someone unknown to us before (but wanted one holiday meal out with friends during our week!) We found Hannah via the concierge service at Perfect Stays and then contacted her directly.
She was lovely from the outset, completely aware of the worries around the idea of doing this and instantly able to reassure us, both personally, and with her formal credentials including CRB, school teaching qualification etc.
On the night, she arrived early and spent some time getting to know our 20 month old daughter. She had that instant nack with kids and, importantly, wasn't overbearing in a bid to rush at getting Meg comfortable with her. Instead, she did the right thing of just being 'there' and subtly interacting with us, mum and dad, and then gently, gently, with Megan as well.
As it turned out, Meg was a little angel and once we'd put her down to sleep and gone out, didn't disturb at all (amazing who letting kids run wild on the beach ensures a good night's sleep!) But, either way, we were able to go on our night out confident that Hannah had the right qualifications, and the clear affinity and experience with little kids to deal with any wake up.
We didn't expect our first 'stranger' babysitter experience to be so worry free so, thank you Hannah, for that.
We will definitely come calling again next time we return to the Newquay area.

We went on holiday to Cornwall and on one evening we were going to Rick Steins in Padstow so I took the huge nervous jump of posting on here. Hanah was fabulous, she contacted by email text and on the phone, Gave reference contacts and really put my mind at rest that I could possibly go out for a night without my 18 month old and 2 half year old.
hannah came to the cottage we were renting an hour before to get to spend time with us all and my clingy little 18 month old shadow was smitten from the start within a few minutes I called him through for dinner he got up came through, turned round went back and took Hannahs hand and brought her through with him. Hannah was at ease with the children in a house with 10 adults all getting ready to go out and the boys just loved her. As a mum leaving her babies with someone to hear them laughing and chuckling away as I left made me so happy and I was able to thoroughly enjoy my evening.
Speaking with Hannah before hand and then meeting her I felt Safe, I felt the boys were safe and that everything would be ok. Hannah has great knowledge of the area, is a driver and I felt confident that had a crisis occured (my boys can find danger everywhere!!) then they were in good sensible hands.
If anyone is thinking of having a babysitter or an extra set of hands on holiday then I would be more than happy to reccomend Hannah. A really positive experience!

We stayed in Crantock for a holiday in September and Hannah came and babysat our 3&1 year olds. She did a great job and had them under control in minutes which is no mean feat with our two. She was polite, trustworthy and smily and i couldnt reccomend her any more to anyone who lives locally or is holidaying in the area.

Hannah looked after our 9 month old son recently at short notice when I was ill. Both he and I felt completely at ease from the moment she walked through the door and my son barely noticed I had disapeared back to bed!
Hannah was very professional turning up with her CRB & ID paperwork and was also very helpful, clean and tidy around the house making sure bottle washing etc was done before she left.
We will most definitely be booking Hannah agin very soon.

Hannah worked for me during her years at university - looking after my children whilst I worked weekends every couple of months. My children were then aged 9 months, 3 & 6 and she did this for 3 years. They adore her. They always had a good time with her and still ask when they might be able to see her again. She is totally unflappable, very organised, tidy, thoughtful and kind. At 19 she was wise well beyond her years and she is now a lovely young woman and I bet she is a fantastic teacher. Highly recommended.
