Awful.
I wouldn’t give her a star. The way she speaks to parents is appalling. All she cares about is money and not your child. I would be careful with picking your childminder if you don’t have any suggestions from friends/ family.

I reassure all those reading this that you will be treated with respect and kindness.
Should you not pay your bill however, yet continue to use my service without payment while ignoring polite requests for your outstanding bills to be settled, you will receive legal notices for payments.
I will also be slightly upset should you enter into a payment plan with me, and once settle it, immediately leave me a bad review here.
