When we were looking for a childminder, our son was 18 months old and we had only 18 months of experience as parents. It was a big step for us, how can you leave your child in someone else's care, will he be safe, will he be taken care off, hugged when he cries, fed when hungry, loved when he feels sad?
Million questions were going through our minds and equaly, we visited quite a few childminders and for all of them we found something not right for us. Until, we knocked on Trudie's door!!
Honestly, we just felt like in heaven!! A place of happiness, learning, acceptance, safe and absolutely spotless.
Just 5 minutes talking with her and seeing her environment was enough for us to say yes.
Our son absolutely adores her and she has helped him develop into a bright young boy, hes's been under her care for 3 years allready and we can't be thankfull enough for her help.
We consider her part of our family now and we hope she'll bring the same joy and support to many more children and parents.
We love you Trudie!!!

Trudie has been our childminder for around 4 years and we would highly recommend her services.
Trudie provides a warm and friendly setting which is also educational and supportive. Trudie also keeps us updated on what the children are doing and sends photos.
As well as playing in the home, the children are taken out to parks and play centres on a regular basis and are able to socialise with other children who are cared for by other childminders.
Our children enjoy their time with Trudie and are happy to be cared for by her.

I'm sure it was a twist of fate that I met Trudie when I was pregnant with our first daughter. She looked after our little girl from 9 months to 2.5 years. She offers a real home away from home childcare experience. She clearly loves her job and all her babies (all her children are her babies!!), and they love her right back. Trudie is very focused on every stage of child development, and sees it as her role to prepare each child for school. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She made a mothers guilt of returning to work so much easier to bear. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If she had a space grab it with both hands, as childminders like Trudie are like gold dust!!
