Sarah helped us look after our kids for a few weeks while me and my husband were away. My kids really enjoyed her company and said lots of good things about her. She is very friendly, nice, cheerful and fun to be with. She looked after our kids well and ensured that things were done as planned and well organised. Initially, we were worried about how we would get someone who could help us look after our kids properly when we away until we met Sarah and we felt less worried. She always updated us on how things went. Sarah is fantastic and professional, we are so grateful for all what she did. I will definitely recommend her and happy to contact her again in future for her wonderful service if needed.

Having never used a night nanny before, I wasn't sure what to expect, or how comfortable I would be having someone in our home, looking after our baby. However I needn't have worried as Sarah made me feel instantly relaxed and reassured, taking the time to understand our baby's normal nighttime routine.
It was such a treat to go to bed knowing that someone else would manage the feeding, nappy changes and re-settling and allow me to catch up on some much needed sleep! Sarah did a wonderful job and I felt like a different person for a night's sleep. Sarah worked with us over several weeks until our baby started to sleep through and I would happily recommend her to anyone needing support at nighttime or during the day. She's warm, caring and naturally suited to the job. Thank you Sarah!

Sarah worked with our family for 5 years looking after my children when they very young through to 7yrs and 9yrs. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
The children adored her! I have a busy job and Sarah was always one step ahead of me which is what I needed. Sarah is a great ‘all rounder’. Not only was she amazing with the children, she was very happy to help me with odd jobs around the home. I highly recommend her.

Sarah is a lovely, kind and thoughtful nanny. My children instantly took to her and she’s been easy to work with in every way. An experienced mother herself, she’s not phased by anything and made my return to work after number two feel easy.
Sarah is totally reliable, I don’t think she’s been ill or late once since she’s been with us and we always arrived home to a serene house with happy well fed children (not the chaos we normally might have ourselves!).
Sarah’s time with us has been shorter than expected only because of the disruptions brought by the pandemic and changes to my work patterns, which have left me working from home permanently and needing childcare outside of our (small) house.

I interviewed several night nannies when I was looking got someone for my newborn arriving and Sarah just stood out. Her calm nature along with her flexibility to work really made my husband and I think she would be the right person to look after baby as a night nanny. I was so right and I made the best decision ever!
Sarah started looking after my son from 10 days old for 3-4 nights a week until recently and he is now 5 months old! I never imagined having a night nanny for so long but Sarah was just so easy and allowed me to have the rest I needed and at the same time looking after my baby like her own at night. I was a little nervous as he was born premature and had some breathing difficulties but Sarah was so understanding and kind, I felt I had nothing to worry about. I have two older children and they even used to be so excited on the days Sarah used to come as they just bonded with her so quickly because of her fun nature. Sarah would come around 730 to take over from me and look after my baby until 7am. Taking care of all night feeds/nappy changes and allowing me to get some rest. She was my godsend in the early months of having a baby and two other children. I really would not have managed without her. I will always feel comfortable Sarah looking after my 3 kids and she is amazing and great to have around, alone with a lot of knowledge. Thank you so much for all your help and anyone thinking of hiring her I am always happy to give a reference or have a chat😄

Sarah is a lovely, personable lady who was an absolute dream. Our son took to her very well. She’s highly professional and from our first meet, we knew our son was in experienced hands. Lovely, natural approach. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. Will definitely recommend. Sarah came to the hotel where we got married so some of the reviews are non applicable.

Echoing the reviews and comments below. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough.
Sarah was amazing with our daughter and helped with all aspects of the day and evenings when we needed it. I work full time and could not have coped without her support at home. I was never worried that my daughter was not getting the emotional care as well as the practical aspects of getting fed etc. They got on really well and I loved to hear them talk and chat. Sarah was also a super star with helping with our puppy!! We could not have figured that out without her!!
Sarah is very easy to get along with, good communicator and helpful with whatever you ask of her and proactive in helping around the house and with any tasks. My husband had a few weeks leave and Sarah was super in helping him clear out the loft (seriously not the easiest task at all!!) and she did it with a smile. Great project management skills and a pragmatic approach with a smile to anything you ask her to help with. She was also flexible which I really appreciated as my timetable changed on a regular basis.
I would recommend her for any nanny/childcare role and happy to provide a reference if helpful.

I couldn't recommend Sarah highly enough, she is kind, caring, compassionate and patient she minded all 3 of my children, 2 of which since they were babies. My eldest daughter has allergies (including food allergies) and my second suffers with seizures, I never felt anxious about Sarah's capabilities looking after them with their additional needs as she not only learnt about their needs but also went out of her way to help me understand them too.
Each of the girls are so very different but Sarah always adapted the activities so they were all happy!
Sarah is the type of nanny that when I would go to collect my children they would often cry and not want to leave as they were having the best time!
Finding someone who even after 15 years asks after them regularly and opens their home to them whenever they want to see her is an absolute blessing and ill always be thankful as a Mum working through those early years I am left with no 'mum guilt' about having to leave them at such a young age as they all remember their time with her so fondly, so much so that even though my children are now 17,12 and 10 they still often ask to see her and my eldest actually goes to visit her too of her own accord.
If you are looking for someone who will take your children under their wing and treat them as their own then Sarah is most defiantly the person you should to add to your family.

Sarah went above and beyond to rearrange her evening so she could help us and babysit for the evening. I would highly recommend her and look forward to booking her again for my kids.
