Thalu started looking after my family when we had just begun to recover from a near death experience in me and my third child being born very prematurely and ending up in NICU. Right from the start she was kind, aware, efficient and an all round superstar. She was always on time, completely reliable and very capable. She ran the house so efficiently I was able to get on and revise for major exams. I genuinely know I would not have passed had it not been for Thalu. Thank you.
