I cannot praise this Nursery enough for their efforts. All the staff are approachable, friendly, caring and go beyond.
My daughter had been to previous nurseries to this one but I was never one hundred percent happy until she attended Early Steps.
Being in the childcare sector myself, I found everything I wanted for my daughter at this Nursery.
She was happy from week one when she previously had not settled at other nurseries. She has formed strong , working relationships with staff and they really made her security and confidence a priority.Also, I especially liked how this nursery uses the curiosity approach.
The learning environment and activities are both engaging and based on individuals interests.
Most importantly the children their feel safe , happy and secure.

A wonderful nursery with very caring staff, always happy to help whenever they are needed. Our son has been very happy here for the last 18 months.

Fantastic nursery with very helpful and kind staff . My daughter has been with this nursery for over a 2 year. We are from Poland and daughter firstly had a problem with communicate but now she is happy every day to come and learn something new and meet and talk with friends there . recommend them to everyone . Thank you for great place to develop little ones ❤️

I genuinely can't fault the staff and service at Early Steps, Dudley. My little boy has been going there since he was one. He's now 19 months old and the progress he has made over those 7 months has been phenomenal. He absolutely loves it there! when I go through the staff members names of a morning with him, he gets all excited about getting to the door to see which friendly member of staff will greet him that morning. He walks straight in without a care in the world, because he absolutely loves it there! he sometimes doesn't even want to leave!! He goes 5 days a week, full time. The staff are very helpful, caring and really supportive. All members of staff are approachable and I feel like they genuinely care about my son which is a great relief! They are happy to chat at the door, on the phone, or over email about your child. They are always happy to help and you never feel like you're bothering them! The Nursery is clean, tidy and Covid safe. Best nursery in the area, by far!

My son Reggie has recently started attending Early Steps Nursery Dudley and we cannot be happier! The staff are really friendly and he has progressed so much in the last 3 months in considering he was in lockdown the whole time before he is now interacting with staff and other children lovely. Would highly recommend!

my daughter Izzy has been there over 6 months now and she loves to go. It has done her good to mix with other children prior to being able to attend when she is 3. They are all so caring.

Amazing nursery, my daughter has been with them for over a year now. I will be so sad when it comes to her leaving. The staff are amazing, she has extra health needs and they have been supportive and helpful every step of the way. Would definitely recommend to everyone

I had to change nurseries during lockdown as my childrens previous nursery closed. Due to being a key worker i had to move the children to a different setting and this nursery was recommended too me by the previous nursery i was at busy bees on the milking bank. Because of all the restrictions in place i was not able to view the nursery but from the very first day after picking my two children up from the new nursery there faces beamed with excitement and happiness and said they had a good time. The boys continued to attend nursery with smiles daily for a few months and even when it came to the old nursery reopening i asked the boys which nursety they wanted to stay at and it was a unanamous vote that the new nersery won. I took the happiness from my boys and secured their place at the new nursery where they have continued to have an amazing time and the staff have been so acomodating and friendly and put me at ease every day i had to leave the children. Highly reccomend.

Amazing bunch of ladies here, I felt like Shelby fitted in straight away and they are all brilliant with her! From the first day I took Shelby in for a viewing, I felt very much at ease. Her first full day i felt totally at ease leaving her and as it was the first time I had left her I knew she was fine with all of the girls there. Brilliant nothing is to much for them and are there for anything needed, Shelby eats pretty much all of the food that they provide and shes is so comfortable in coming to nursery. Highly recommended

Wonderful nursery with lovely caring staff. All children made to feel welcome, safe and cared for. Great selection of healthy meals and snacks. The environment is set out to develop children's imagination using the curiosity approach. Lots of learning opportunities inside, outside and through technology. My daughter loves it.
