My son was with Paola every day from 7am till 6pm for 8 months before we had to move to a different area. She sympathised with our long hour jobs and supported us in every way she could to not worry about Benj. She is so amazing that I always have feeling no one would be better than Paola in taking care and educating my son.
Before her, Benj had a speech delay and he has been progressing tremendously within just a short time with her. Paola was very patient and tried different tactics, even get other children involved to encourage Benj to speak.
Benj suffered from a very bad and prolonged eczema. It less flared up since he was with Paola, because she kept him moisturized throughout the days and her food is healthy, too.
Paola is very good at balancing indoor and outdoor activities. She taught my son manners, mathematics , letters, cultures, celebrations and knowledge about animals life cycle. She took children out for day trips in fancy parks, soft play grounds and even Forrest school.
Benj enjoyed a lot when he was with Paola and her children. Now he misses her and still talked about her and the children everyday!!

As a single parent going back to work,deciding on which childcare provider was difficult. I decided to go with Paola as she was local to me, and recommended by another parent. My daughter has been going there for 7 years and she loves it. Paola is absolutely amazing, and very understanding to the needs of the children and families. She is very inclusive and ensures all children are treated to there individual needs. My daughter is on the spectrum and Paola has been brilliant with her. Not only is she great with the children she takes time to talk to you too. You are never rushed out the door, at pick up, which can make your day seem brighter if you've had a bad day. Working in a Children's Centre and being in the Early years for 20 years I know the importance of a good early years experience and Paola is by far the best. I always recommend my families to her as I feel confident she ticks all the boxes. Paola takes the children out at all opportunities, which helped develop my daughter's physical development. She plans lots of lovely activities for the children which my daughter has enjoyed. She celebrates many occasions for example she does Mother's Day crafts which gave my daughter the opportunity to do something for me.
Paola gets involved with the children's play and doesn't leave them too it. She comforts them when needed and helps to build resilience. She is very loving towards the children and it's a home from home experience. Paola takes lots of photos, which she sends to us, so we can see what the children are doing. Her set up is very welcoming and child friendly. She proudly displays the children's work in her living room which is nice to see when you go in. She cooks lovely healthy meals, daily, which my daughter loves.
My experience with Paola has been really positive. She has truly been there for us over the past 7 years. My daughter see's Paola more as an Aunty and her experience there has been great.

We were fortunate to find someone like Paola who was able to make us feel very comfortable and safe from day one in the knowledge, that she would be caring for our first born like we would at home - in a nurturing, loving way.
We had the benefit of seeing her at work first hand for over a year, before deciding to send our child without any hesitation and have never looked back since.
Our first went to Paola from 10 months to 9 years old. Our 4 year old was with Paola since the age of 2. Both enjoy their time during school term and during half term look forward to different wide ranging activities.
Paola has been very supportive and has offered great advice while we learned our way through parenthood. She was very flexible to our needs when we had to work late and at short notice.
She has been everything we looked for in a Childminder and wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to any family.

My son has been doing to Paolas for just over 5 years now ( he has just turned 6) she has been fantastic from day 1. Jack loves going to Paolas and always has. Her home is for the kids and we think she is amazing. Jack is my only child and poala has always been there to help guide me I.e toilet training ect. She goes above and beyond for jack and I would highly recommend her services.

Paola has been childminding my daughter for 3 years now. My daughter always looks forward to going to Paolas home and I can understand why. With her warm and upbeat personality and her home child friendly and adapted for the purpose, It is a great environment for children to make friends, do activities and be safe outside of the usual home or school environment.

My daughter has been with Paola since she started in reception at Cowley St Laurence CofE. Paola has a lovely, fun and welcoming child care setting in her home. My daughter absolutely loves all the fun things she can do at Paola’s and being with the other children. It has been a huge relief for me knowing my daughter has a place she feels cared for before and after school. Paola provides my daughter with her evening meal and she enjoys the variety of food. Paola is firm and fair with the children and has great communication with parents. Paola is very caring and sends me pictures of My daughter’s progress and the fun things she does with her each month. She offers the option of care over school holidays which is great for working parents. I highly recommend Paola’s care setting.

We have been using Paola’s childminding services for the past 10 years.
Paola is really the most amazing childminder who makes the children feel extremely happy and welcome.
The variety of educational activities and trips that Paola provides have my children extremely excited to attend the setting and they talk about them for days after.
Paola treats the children like they are her own. The love and warmth that she provides cannot be put into words and she always goes the extra mile.
I feel confident that my children are safe and very well looked after with Paola even from a very young age.
I am very thankful to have a childminder like Paola.
