A lovely, nurturing environment

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nat for childcare. She looks after our daughters (aged 1 and 2) and has gone out of her way to make sure they are happy in her setting. Our eldest is always very proud to bring home what she has been doing - artwork, baking, growing plants. It is a lovely, nurturing environment and both girls are thriving in Nat and Helen's care.

Our kind of people

Our little girl absolutely loves her time with Nat and Helen.
Struggling with anxiety myself, I’ve sent her to Nat’z since she was 6 months old to help with separation before going back to work. Nat and Helen have similar values to us and love the relationship they have with our little one. We couldn’t imagine her being anywhere else.

Couldn't have wished for better

My 2 year old started with Natalie at the end of 2022. I get regular photos, updates and amazing communication from Natalie. It really is a home away from home. He's always so excited to go in a morning and it's such peace of mind to have him happily run off into her house without a care. Any development needs are communicated and supported, and anytime there are any praise or tough days Natalie always makes time to talk them through straight away. I couldn't have hoped for a better start for my little one. We really fell lucky finding Natalie.

Home from home

A fantastic lady with a warm and welcoming environment.
Natalie’s home is a home away from home for my little girl Poppy, she has so much time and energy for all the children that she cares for, and proudly says she will treat them as her own, and she really does. There’s so much love that goes into her care I would always feel 100% comfortable that poppy is being very well looked after. Poppy loves every minute she spends at Natalie’s house and I’m always kept up to date with how she’s doing and what she’s been up to during the day.
I would highly recommend.

Friendly and caring from the moment we met

Due to family circumstances I had been left without a childminder just as I was about to go back to work after maternity, I couldn't get a childminder near where I live so I looked nearer to work, as I was searching I viewed Nats Little Tots, after a few minutes I received a message from Natalie, a Little bit of hope appeared in the desperation I was feeling.
I spoke to Natalie on the phone , explained the situation to which her response was warm, friendly and helpful. I arranged a visit which Natalie accommodated for me on a saturday, so it allowed my husband to come along, we were there for the best part of 2 hrs. Natalie is friendly, loving, happy, excited to be doing a job she loves, I knew from only being there a short space of time that she was the type of childminder I wanted.
Natalie has a lovely exciting yet calming space for the children to play in, a lovely clean home and a lovely welcoming family.

Childminder

Absolutely fantastic service. Natalie is amazing with the children. She fulfills the children's needs and goes above and beyond for them.
My child has a specific diet and Natalie takes the time to understand his needs and also supplies specific food for him (which isn't cheap) keeping herself up to date with hospital appointments with the dietician.
Her home is a lovely area for the children to play and learn. She makes sure she keeps you upto date with policies and procedures and also with your child's progress.
