At the same time, she’s wonderfully gentle and caring with our baby, making sure their routine is followed and they’re always well looked after.

Communication with Kelly has been effortless. She keeps us updated throughout the day and is always approachable if we need to discuss anything. She’s also incredibly reliable and punctual, which has been such a relief.
