My daughter was in Jenny’s care from just 7 months old until she was 3.5 years old, and during that time, she became so much more than just our childminder — she became a part of our family.

Leaving Jenny’s setting was, without a doubt, the most difficult part of our recent move out of the area. The bond she built with our daughter has been nothing short of beautiful. Under Jenny’s care, our daughter’s development has come on in leaps and bounds. She is kind, polite, patient, and a happy little girl — and I truly believe Jenny has played a huge role in helping me raise her into who she is today.

Jenny also puts so much thought and effort into creative activities, especially around key times of the year. From festive crafts to handmade cards and seasonal keepsakes, she always goes above and beyond. We’ve received the most beautiful, thoughtful creations that we will treasure forever. These little touches have meant so much to us and are just another example of how special her care is.

What we didn’t expect was the incredible impact Jenny would have on our entire family. With no family or friends nearby, Jenny has stepped in time and time again — through illness, emotional support, and everything in between. She has consistently gone above and beyond, offering not just care, but genuine compassion, reliability, and strength.

Jenny never calls in sick, never closes unexpectedly, and is always there — giving her all. In my opinion, she undercharges for the incredible service she provides. She is a rare gem in this profession: dependable, loving, and deeply committed to the children and families she supports.

Her impact has been lasting, and we are so grateful to now count her as a member of our extended family. If you’re lucky enough to have the opportunity to send your child to Jenny — take it. She is, quite simply, the best there is.
