Fran has been a huge support to our family over the past year. She looked after Martha on a part-time basis from 8 months old, giving me the full confidence to return to work, knowing that she was in safe and loving hands. Fran went above and beyond to create a baby safe environment for Martha which she was able to thrive in. She regularly took Martha on trips to the park, local baby groups and to play dates, which strongly supported her social development. Fran’s children are also amazing and quickly became Martha’s best friends! We will miss them all very much, but are so grateful for everything.
