Dawn has been babysitting our three children for around seven years. We always know that our children are in safe, capable hands when she babysits, and we trust her implicitly. She has a calm, yet entertaining approach with the children. She never panics, and always gives us regular updates via text on the children. Our children's ages range between 13 and 5 months, and Dawn is more than capable with all of them. Would thoroughly recommend.
