My Requirements
Generally looking to build a relationship with a nanny who is flexible enough to provide:
a) a few hours of care on some weekday evenings (maybe Tuesday & Wednesday 6 - 11),
b) weekends (Saturday afternoons and possibly evenings)
c) occasional overnight stays at a flat rate not hourly (perhaps Saturday nights X2 a month). Primarily focused on looking after my healthy disabled child w/special needs, as his older brother is very independent.
Role mainly involves being present, making sandwiches, passing toys, turning on TV, and other tiny tasks. No heavy lifting involved.
