Ann has looked after our baby boy on several occasions when we have visited my parents near Monmouth. Her manner with George is gentle and warm - George has taken to Ann very quickly and is clearly comfortable and happy with her.
Ann is an excellent listener, which is so important when there is a need to absorb important information quickly. She takes on board all instructions and is able to offer additional ideas or suggestions if we are struggling with certain aspects of George's feeding or sleeping. She is an experienced Mum of four (now) grown up children, and is therefore able to understand the day to day challenges of parenting as well as be able to offer support and guidance if needed. She is communicative and lets me know how things are going whilst I am away from George - she always asks questions if she is not sure, and informs me of any problems that have occurred.
I would highly recommend Ann - she is a very safe pair of hands and her tone and approach is exemplary. She is respectful of the approach we take with George and builds on that in her own way. She is a lovely person and that comes across in the way that she speaks to George and plays with him. I completely trust her to look after every aspect of his welfare and to work with George's current routine. George seems very happy when in her care.
