About Me
I am the mother of a 5 year old little boy with Cerebral Palsy. We originally from China and have lived in the uk for 16 years. Ever since we have Lucas, our life has completely changed. We are trying everything we can to best support Lucas to reach his maximum potential and hopefully can create a happy environment for him to live in. His life has full of challenges but we as parent have always been inspired by his eager to fight the difficulties. He always brings us sunshine and positive influence and there are lot to learn from this little warrior.
My Requirements
Apart from Lucas, I also have a 1.5 year old boy. Lucas goes to special school during term time and younger one is currently at home. You will need to do Lucas' school run (ideally you have UK driving license), then look after younger one while Lucas at school, cook for them and tidy up their toys cloth etc. After school you need to look after Lucas. Over time you should be able to feed Lucas, and taking him to therapy.
Lucas is non mobile and non verbal, although he is quite able cognitively and understand what we talking about.
I am looking for a full time live out Nanny. Preferable you have experience with special needs children, but not a must. What is important is you truly cares about children especially child with special needs, and would like to be part of his journey which is full of challenges. I am willing to take on someone with less experiences but has a good heart.
