So happy with Louise! I was looking quite short notice due to family circumstances and having to go back to work early, and Louise was so flexible and explained everything, never have done this before I didn’t know how it worked, but Louise had been a dream, updates us on everything always flexible as my partner works different hours most days, and is always understanding and as helpful as she can be, honestly so happy with her service, not to mention teddy always comes back happy, fed and clean everyday and even comes home learning new things, it’s done nothing but benefit our little one being with Louise and her team!

Key Worker Support During COVID 19

Louise has looked after my little boy for two years since he started school and has always been brilliant. However, I want to provide particular acclaim for how fantastic she has been during the recent COVID pandemic. With both my younger daughter's nurseries closing to key worker children with very little notice, Louise's immediately volunteered to provide childcare cover for her at short notice and when so many people were closing their doors. Louise's focus throughout the lockdown has been pragmatic, sensible and realistic with a real focus on how this is impacting the children in her care and retaining a level of calmness and security at such a potentially stressful time for them. Above everything Louise is kind, thoughtful and reliable, always considering how she can help you out. Her cooking is great too! thanks Louise, you have been an absolute superstar! Absolutely amazing!!!

My three children have been going to Louise for two years. And I can honestly say they have improved in every aspect. They eat their greens(lol) and the youngest who is 2 knows the majority of her alphabet and can count to ten!! Their social skills are amazing and they even share now!! Always available to talk and has come to the rescue on many occasions!! I could only give 5 stars but wished I could give ten!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Louise was our childminder for 3+ years

Our son went to Louise 4 days a week from the age of 15 months until he recently started school. She formed an incredibly caring and trusting relationship, and he felt very comfortable and happy in her home. He had a lot of fun with her too. His time was split between doing activities and playing in the house, and going out and about to playgroups, singalongs, and further afield to farms and national trust properties etc. She helped him become much more confident, and helped him settle in when he started at preschool. He also formed a really close relationship with her son, Scott. We really appreciate everything she did for him, and it was a really positive experience for all of us.

An excellent nanny

I have used Louise for nearly four years now, with my son and daughter, who are nearly 6 and 4 respectively. She is calm, good natured, interactive and handles my children very well. They can both be quite boisterous and she doesn't let it phase her. She is flexible and loyal and has never let me down. My children adore her. I would definately recommend her to anyone. I have recommended her to my sister on law, and she also uses her regularly. I'm happy to provide a further reference if required.
