My son started with Louise and Luke at 17 months old. I felt he needed to mix with other children and adults in a home from home environment so I searched for a childminder.
Im so glad we found them - they initially had to deal with me being very anxious when leaving my son and were always really kind and supportive. It didnt take too long before he was all settled in and his development since has been astounding, even with only going two days a week.
Its lovely to see the things he's made and created and I'm very proud to display his early years art work up on the fridge these days! And taste his homebaking!
He'll often talks about 'popple' (his name for their own baby!) when he's at home with me and its clear to see that he's comfortable and happy to be around Louise, Luke and their little family. And at the end of the day, all a parent wants is for their child to be safe, happy and secure in their surroundings when they're not with you.
It is with great regret that I will be leaving this family soon but due to my own family circumstances changing, I have had to move further away. I hope I can find someone to fill their shoes and I can't recommend them highly enough.
