I first met Louise back in June 2015 when I made enquiries about the possibility of her looking after my son for 2 days a week when I returned to work after my maternity leave finished in the September. I found Louise to be friendly, approachable and very professional from day one. I subsequently did return to work, part-time in September 2015 and she has been taking superb care of my son George for 2 days a week since then. My return to work was made so much easier by knowing that George was in excellent hands and Louise reassured and helped with me with my transition from stay at home mum to working mum. I work shifts and Louise is happy to accommodate my varying shifts. George loves going to Louise's and I am very happy with the level of care she and her assistant Lucy provide. George has come on in leaps and bounds with his development. Louise completes a daily diary for George so I am keep up to date with all that he has done each day and each child in her care has his or her own development folder. She provides a varied activity schedule to fully stimulate and develop each child in line with the Early Years Framework. Louise and Lucy have all the relevant qualifications and insurances, which are updated as and when required. I would like to think that in a relatively short space of time Louise has become a trusted friend and confidant as well as George's trusted child minder. I would have no hesitation in recommending Louise to others in search of quality and reliable childcare provision.
