I have known Eleonora (Elia) since my daughter went to pre-school 3 years ago, she has been looking after my son Alfie since last year.

I have been extremely happy with the care my son has received and the fantastic progress he has made whilst in Elia’s care. My son is always happy and contented and would often return from a day with Elia very enthusiastically showing me what he had done that day usually a drawing, painting, some small craft or cake baking. Elia also provides lots of other fun activities including attending softplay, playgroups and outings to the park or trips to farms.

Elia is a very kind and considerate person and had no trouble gaining my sons confidence and therefore encouraging good behaviour and kindness. I feel confident that she can administer either first aid or medication following all the correct procedures and completing the necessary records to ensure his health and safety.

I am thoroughly happy with the level of care my son has received and I’m certain that being in such a happy and positive environment has contributed to my son developing into a confident little boy.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Elia as a great and reliable childminder. We will miss her when Alfie has to leave to go to full time school in September.
