Hi

I'm a single mum to a 9yr old girl with ADHD and 6yr old twin boys who are autistic. I'm requiring an overnight/live in nanny for a block shift of roughly 52hrs every other week.

I'm currently doing every other weekend live in support work 48hr shifts and using dad as childcare but he is not reliable and currently out the picture. I can be flexible on days so I do not have to continue with the every other weekend I can do week days one week and weekend on another for example, it's something that can be discussed. I leave for work around 7.30pm and arrive home at 9.30pm 2 days later with travel I will be out the house roughly 50hrs but I've allowed an extra 2hrs incase I'm delayed or need to give a more detailed handover etc.

If the days fall on a week day and the children are in school I would still need you to be available for those 6.5hrs obviously paid, in case they are sent home sick. Once I'm at work I'm stuck there until cover can be found so I would not be able to leave promptly, the children attend a mainstream school 5min walk from home.

I do have a dog and cat that would need to be fed and let out whilst your working so need someone ok with animals. Light household duties required ie making the children's meals, washing up, ironing school uniforms, packing lunches etc. The twins still wear nappies for bed and on occasion can leak through requiring changing the sheets. Both boys need personal care with toileting as they do not yet clean themselves properly and 1 twin wears a pull up for school. All 3 children are prescribed melatonin to help them sleep so someone competent in administering medication also.

I will be claiming help with childcare costs so I need someone registered, I'm willing discuss funding the fees for the right candidate to become registered if the person is not already.
