We are so, so lucky to have Jay as our part-time nanny. Our little girl Lily (17 months now but has known Jay since she was 10 months) absolutely adores her - they have a beautiful relationship which is heartwarming to see. Jay takes Lily out all the time and encourages her to try new activities and make new friends. Lily has really gained in confidence since meeting Jay. From our perspective, Jay is clever, positive, honest, warm, patient and extremely reliable. She’s also an excellent and clear communicator. She’s full of ideas and is a fantastic influence on us too, giving us more confidence as well as Lily! We love her and anyone would be lucky to work with her.
