Zoe has looked after our daughter three days a week for the last year. Our daughter was a lockdown baby so had never been cared for by anyone other than us when she started with Zoe at 13 months. Zoe settled her so beautifully over the first couple of weeks - taking her out in the pram when she wouldn't settle in the house, holding her when she wanted to be held and replicating our day and nap routine exactly. She also supported me through the adjustment to childcare. Soon going to Zoe's was like a home from home. It is clear that Zoe genuinely cares for our daughter and goes out of her way. Zoe checks in at the weekend when she isn't well, sends her home with extra portions of things she's liked to go in our freezer and revels in our daughter's development and achievements. My daughter adores Zoe and is always happy to be at her home. Zoe is flexible, accommodating and completely reliable. Her toys and resources are second to none and she is always coming up with fun sensory and educational things for the children to do. I have no hesitation in recommending her to any parent looking for a childminder.
