We’ve just moved from London and therefore had to part ways with Tracy which was heartbreaking as Matilda loves her so much!! Tracy couldn’t have made life easier for us as parents or more fun for Tils. I can’t recommend Tracy more. We miss her so much!

My daughter is been with Tracy since she was 9 months old and we couldn’t be happier to have found her! She is the sweetest, loving and prepared person ever. She really has the most positive impact on my daughter’s development and emotional balance. Her home is full of love and care, we really feel that Tracy and her lovely family are an extension of ours. She’s been the most solid pillar for our family and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her in the past two years. She is incredibly professional, always updating us on lunches, snacks, naps, intellectual and social development. I love the fact that she involves us in the day to day telling what the kids have done, how they’ve been interacting and sending us pictures too. It’s so important for me as I still get that working mum guilt at times but with Tracy I know my daughter has the best time! My daughter is always happy and excited to go to Tracy and to play with the rest of the children. She calls her My Tracy! and when I hear that my heart just fills with pure joy. I really couldn’t recommend Tracy more, she is the best!

If you are reading this then you have made a great choice in this profile! We have three children that have been loved and looked after by Tracy from 3months to school age.
Tracy has a warm, calm and gentle nature. Each of the children have loved their time with Tracy and have come home happy and content.
Tracy’s nature means that they are surrounded by goodness and this has positively influenced the foundations of their behaviour. They have learnt how to be calm, have good manners and explore/ask questions about the world.
Tracy has helped them with weaning, sleeping, potty training, healthy eating, trying new things and social skills. The children gets lots of opportunities to be outdoors and at playgroups.
Tracy still helps us with the children during school holidays. She is wonderful and we are happy to provide an additional reference or provide more details.

There is only one reason we would give up Tracy and that's if we were to move out of Islington. Sadly this is the case and we can no longer make the logistics work. A huge loss for us.
It's hard to put into words just how wonderful Tracy is, not only does she care for our children but she's also become part of our family. Tracy puts her heart and soul into her work. She is attentive, caring, loving, warm and incredibly passionate about what she does. She has a very loving home with a great selection of activities, toys and books for children of all ages. She knows all the local playgroups and is part of various committees in Islington supporting various child related workstreams.
Tracy is reliable, trustworthy and flexible, everything you need in a childminder. She is also incredibly thoughtful, often marking any calendar occasion with various arts and crafts (courtesy of the children of course!) - Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween etc. Our children totally adore her and miss her hugely when she takes a well deserved holiday. She may not be our childminder anymore but will always remain our friend.
