Hi!
I’m Sarah and I will be looking for a childminder for my baby who’s due in Jan 2025 to start in September 2025. I’m looking this early because I’ve never had to leave one of my babies so young before and I’d like to build that relationship up as soon as possible to make the transition easier. We are very willing to pay deposits very early to secure a place.
We are going to be a family of 5 with myself, husband Conor, eldest son Teddy (6), middle son Arthur (4) and baby Wilson. We live in Brockhill, Redditch. Myself and Conor both work in Leamington Spa and our sons attend school in Studley.

My Requirements
We will need childcare from as early as possible (7.30am/8am) until 3.30pm/4pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, my sons go to school at Mappleborough Green Primary so times will depend on how close you are to the school. Baby will be dropped off by dad and picked up by myself (please note the car seat will need to come with baby).
Baby will be around 9 months old by the time they start so weaning will be in progress along with milk (I plan to breast feed and do baby led weaning like I did with my older boys so I’d like someone confident with BLW)
