After searching forever and being given a glowing review we decided in 2023 to send my oldest to Jacqui when i was ready to go back to work & that was the best decision we have ever made & now my youngest has also started this year! (7 months) I also work within the care sector and can confidently say her standards are just impeccable!!!
I have nothing but amazing things to say,
Jacqui has been extremely supportive twice now when I’ve gone back after mat leave, she has made the transition for both them and me easy, and always does her upmost to accommodate my boys ( for example…Both boys have/had a CMPA/CMA allergy)
I’ve never once had an issue & she always goes above & beyond for my boys & all the other littles that go.
She always has fun days out planned (farms, soft plays, play groups, a special visit with Santa at Xmas) they are always doing fun activities ( painting, coloring, building,) My oldest loves going so much he doesn’t even say bye now he runs through and shuts the door on us! 😅
Both myself & my partner have said time & time again how happy we are they go to her and how relaxed & content we feel knowing they are receiving the best care & having the most fun whilst we are working.
We have also seen especially with my oldest who’s been there nearly 2 years the amount of progress he has made.
In more simple words Jacqui is the most thoughtful, kind, caring person I have ever met and wouldn’t wish to send my boys anywhere else & if we were to have anymore we most certainly would want them to go to Jacqui!
