general personal disposition and experience.

Santaye was ideally our first choice in picking a Nanny for our two children. Santaye worked as a Key person for our youngest born son and the bond they had was the perfect ‘want’ for a nanny if we had one. Santaye would encourage my son in his development with peers and involvement with other activities. We would always see her interaction with his playmates. smiles, laughs and general involvement down to down level and was amazed. Santaye would somehow brighten up our son mood when he’s feeling down or having a complete meltdown! the singing songs and dance moves the amaze story telling time. our son would come home and talk about it - the Feedback would always relate to my child’s day and always delivered the best news. If bad she knew how to handle it. ‘Sandwich Effect’ :). we then asked Santaye for the odd babysitting. Very reliable and then we discussed a more Full Time role in 018’ for a couple months whilst Santaye looked for full time employment.
Santaye is the perfect match for our household and children. Her style, her calm and sensitive approach to every individual is perfect! Santaye should give herself more confidence. her profile is 100... how she describes herself is how she is :)
no complaints when working with her.
house was always spotless
kids had fun
meals was tasty!
reliable and trustworthy.
(The odd babysitting now and then).
