Fantastic nanny - highly recommended

Melissa looked after our 2 young children so that we could attend a family wedding. I was initially apprehensive about using someone we didn't know but she was brilliant and we couldn't have asked for someone better. She offered to meet the boys (and us) the day before the event and also brought along play dough and Halloween biscuits for the boys to make and decorate to keep them entertained. The boys had a brilliant day and were well looked after, and settled really easily for her at bedtime. She kept us updated throughout the day. We would highly recommend Melissa and have already told friends in Herefordshire about her in case they need a nanny in the future. Please relocate to Oxfordshire!!

Highly skilled, professional, caring babysitter

Melissa babysat my four year old for a few daytime hours while I attended a family funeral. She sent over all her documents and references and offered to come and meet my son the night before so that he could get used to the idea of spending time with her where she instantly put him at ease and formed a bond with him. She took him to soft play where he had a great time, she fed him and even got him to eat his peas! Afterwards he had a big smile on his face and couldn’t stop talking about how much fun he’d had with her chasing him around the soft play. I would highly recommend Melissa for nannying or babysitting: she has that ability to quickly connect with children and put them at ease and her professionalism and childcare skills meant I could trust her to take care of my son and focus on attending the funeral.

Everything was perfect

Melissa was excellent with our son! We highly recommend her. She was on time and met all our requirements. She put our minds at ease knowing our child was in good hands.
