Very professional caring and flexible

I have met Zoe October 2022 as i was looking for a nanny helping my 6 years old daughter with homework. Zoe always tried her best to help her, even went to talk to the teacher to understand my daughter 's need and in only few months she had improved a lot and i was told by the teacher Zoe had helped my daughter a lot. My daughter loves Zoe and her 2 boys who even came to the her 6th birthday' s party on the 1th of April 2023. I felt lost when Zoe informed me that from nanny she became childminder after all her hard work to become it and unfortunately she would not be able to help my daughter in her homework as she wanted to start her career as childminder and told me she had already took a baby on and was willing to look after as well other kids. She gave me enough notice to find another helper for my daughter and offer her availability to look after my daughter in case of any emergency which she did since April twice. I can never thank enough Zoe to be so helpful, caring, friendly person. I got pics of my daughter be happy in Zoe care and still my daughter can't wait to go to Zoe 's house from time to time,she loves as well her cooking and my daughter is very fussy with eating... I wish Zoe all the best and a wonderful career!
