I cant thank gemma enough. She is the complete package. She is calm and friendly , professional but humble , she has the right balance of confidence with your baby but not so it’s overbearing in any way . Even her voice is soothing . She really was a life saver with my twins . She gave me tips as I was very inexperienced .
