Highly recommend!!!

Chantell looked after our kids for four days a week during the last school closure. She did all their home learning with them, as my wife and I were both working full time.

Chantell was brilliant with the kids, and came up with new, original and fun games and activities for them on a daily basis.

Our children adored her and she always turned up with a smile on her face and a “can do” attitude.

We would have her back in a heartbeat and would recommend her to anyone.

Chantell interviewed very well and got on fabulously with my daughter. Full of energy and enthusiasm. We offered her a position and part of this was that she show evidence of DBS and First aid. Unfortunately Chantel at this point was a disappointment. First she stated she had sent me the docs via email (on more then one occasion), then when questioned and chased she said she couldn’t find them, and lastly said she would contact her previous employer and/or reapply for the documents. I then never heard back from her!
She wasted approx 3 weeks of my time waiting and looking for someone new. Luckily I’m the end I did.

Hello Camilla,

There was an issue with my emails not sending which was resolved. I produced to you hard copies of my documents on my trial day. You then replied you would want them emailed to your husband. Once my email issue was resolved you did receive my documents. I also gave you reliable references including the pre school Nursery I worked at. The only thing that was delayed was my DBS as it needed to be updated. A DBS can arrive very quickly or take a few weeks to receive an up date. I apologies for my DBS not arriving in the time frame you required. Thankyou for giving me two stars. I feel two stars was an unfair judgement considering my emails not sending was something I had no control over and your daughter had fun playing and interacting with me on my trial day.
