About Me
I have been working with children for over 20 years!
I started to work with children from the age of 19 when I left college. I worked in a private nursery where I worked my way up from being a child carer to a manager in 4 years. I was then asked by same company to help set up and manage another nursery which I did for a further 5 years.
I decided to become a childminder in 2007 because I missed working directly with the children. I set up my childminding business and employed my sister to work alongside me full time. We have an amazing set up in my home with many resources for all ages. My local area has great places to visit and explore with the children, we can also jump on a bus and visit the fantastic places around the city centre.

Monday-Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm
Babysitting- 6:00pm onwards
Weekend care - 8:00am -5:00pm

This lady has been a lifesaver! She has not simply looked after my child she has been a great source of comfort and emotional support during COVID. This lady brings light and happiness and is a kind and caring person. We are so lucky to have found her. Thank you so much Vikki for being there for my daughter when I cannot.

Our son has been attending Vikki’s since January 2018 and we couldn’t be happier with the love, care and attention that he has received during this time. He has learnt so much and surprises us often with the things he does and says. I love that he is able to experience being in a family environment with the age range of children he spends time with. The activities and experiences he gets to take part in are always interesting and he enjoys being taken out into he wider community.
It is such a relief to know that my child is happy and in a safe environment that is stimulating and challenging when I leave him in Vikki’s wonderful care.

Vikki has looked after all 3 of my children. All of my daughters love her and her sister and felt safe and loved in their care. Vikki is extremely experienced and provides a stimulating, interesting environment for all of the children in her care. After a difficult experience with another nursery, it was a relief to find that Vikki had a place available. I always felt I was leaving my daughter in safe hands.

My daughter started with Vikki at just 9 months.
Vikki made the transition of me returning to work stress free and easy. My daughter loves everything about Vikki’s, she had fun, went out for adventures and her development went from strength to strength. We loved celebrating different traditions and exploring new topics.
When my daughter was 3 it was hard to explain that she couldn’t go everyday! Her happiness and natural reaction to Vikki spoke volumes!! Thank you for helping my daughter grow to who she is today.

My 3 y/o son started with Vikki 1 year ago and he absolutely love her and Trikki. He always has a smile on his face when I drop him off and also when I pick him up. He tells me about all the cool things he does and what he learns. He has developed a lot since being there. My 1 y/o daughter is also attending and has been since February 2019 and she loves it. They made it so easy for her to settle in and always provide us with updates on how both children are doing. I would definitely recommend Vikki!

Vikki takes care of my 2 year old son, has been for around 6 months she also took care of my daughter when she was 4-5 she’s now 13 she loved it with her. She is the most caring and kindest minder I’ve ever met she cares so much for all of the children who go there. My son absolutely adores Vikki and Trikki who works there. He has learned his counting with her and has helped with his potty training which he is totally dry now. My son never cries when he goes which he did at his last nursery which made me uneasy as it’s hard to let your child go. He comes back from Vikki’s with a big smile and new book to read. I cannot recommend this wonderful lady enough, she makes me feel so secure when at work and I know my child is being taken care of in the best way possible. Thank you so much for all you do. my son loves you both ❤️
