About Me
My name is Lara I am 40 years old and have 3 children, 20, 18 & 17 I am level 2 qualified in childcare I qualified in 1999. I have worked in a variety of settings ie preschool, day nursery, primary school. I worked at Basildon Hospital as a healthcare assistant on an elderly ward, but have since left and looking to go back into childcare.
My Experience
My previous employment was in a pre school I was room leader of 3-4 year olds, planning and implementing activities for their age and stage of development, writing daily observations, updating parents and carers on their child's development my previous employment I was there for 8 years. I have experience in children aged from newborn to 6 years old. I can also cook, clean.
My Qualifications
I have a level 2 in childcare, I have food & hygiene, first aid ( which was completed at Basildon hospital) health & safety, I also have knowledge with type 2 diabetes due to my youngest 2 children being insulin dependent. Manual handling. I've also looked after my niece who is now 6 since birth while her mum works.
My Availability
I'm available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If I know in advance I can be available Monday and Friday.
