Unreliable

I found in my experience with Luan she is unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy.
Unreliable due to plenty of cancellations, including personal appointments on the day my son would be due in.
Unprofessional in her behaviour and work ethic. Luan states she follows the EYFS framework, which she does not as I have paperwork that shows this.
She is untrustworthy as I felt my son was in a safe environment with her but upon the first sign of difficulties with his behaviour she completed disregarded his safety and any policies and procedures she would have had to follow.

Thank you for you review, I’m sorry you felt you need to put these comments, as you was aware I had a serious operation therefore was unable to work some days due to appointments.
I gave as much notice as I possibly could to help you find alternative childcare.

The EYFS was updated with less paperwork so we have more time to spend with the children. Even though it’s not required I keep a learning journal for each of the children,which includes photos of activities carried out, once parents have signed a consent form, all paperwork is kept in this folder until child leaves which is then passed to parent, which I did for you.
My last ofsted inspection was in June 2021 were I have continued with my good grading.

With regards to your child’s behaviour as you was aware we had several discussions to try to resolve this, due to the safety of the other children in my setting I had no alternative but to give you notice. I wish you and your family all the best for the future .
