Below are the reviews that Nadia has written.
Zana joined our family under a written contract starting October 1, 2024, with the intention of being a long-term caregiver for our youngest child and assisting with school pick-ups for our older one. While she had a generally positive relationship with the children, there were recurring issues with punctuality. Over several months, she was late for school pick-ups on multiple occasions without informing us — something we only discovered after the school brought it to our attention.
The situation became more serious on March 3, 2025, when Zana did not attend work and failed to provide any notice, explanation, or communication. Despite repeated attempts to reach her via phone and message, we received no response. As outlined in her contract, a one-month notice period was required in the event of resignation, which was not observed.
We followed up with two formal letters via registered mail requesting clarification and the return of work-related items. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply, and key items such as a car permit (purchased for her use) and a debit card linked to her phone were not returned.
This unexpected absence caused significant disruption to our childcare arrangements. Despite multiple efforts to resolve the matter amicably, Zana has not responded, and we have since been forced to pursue a formal claim through the local small claims process.
While Zana connected well with the children, we were ultimately let down by her lack of communication and failure to meet professional responsibilities. We would advise future employers to proceed with caution.
