My son has been with Hayley since April 22. My son was born with a rare condition and I was looking for a childminder to build a rapport with him and to help support him moving forward. I was so nervous to find someone special and I honestly couldn’t wish for better. Hayley works so hard looking after all her children. Reign is always happy to go and that’s my main happiness. He loves Hayley and has so much fun whilst in her care. Hayley provides a range of activities, games and days out for the children. Reign always brings things home for me to see and I’m always kept up to date which keeps my mind at ease. I honestly feel so lucky to have someone take such pride and care to look after my son. She really is special.

My daughter started with Hayley when she was around 9months old and I was quite nervous to leave her as she didn’t normally go to other people without crying. Izzy settled amazingly, I couldn’t believe how fast she felt comfortable with Hayley. From day one she didn’t even cry when I left her, I can only put this down to Hayley’s calm and friendly demeanour.
Izzy goes 4 full days and is always excited to see Hayley at the front door at drop-off. I get photos and updates regularly of their activities and a daily handover. Izzy has an amazing relationship with Hayley’s daughter too which is so lovely and I get the sense that Hayley genuinely cares about each child. ☺️
Overall I feel very comfortable everyday that Izzy is in safe hands and having a great, stimulating time at the Childminder’s.

Finding a child care setting during Covid measures was very difficult but Hayley made us at ease and we instantly knew our child would settle well with her. He has struggled with social interactions and since being with Hayley this has definitely improved. Hayley provides a range of activities including role play, messy play, building blocks and puzzles.
We are always kept up to date. He has a little book with all the information about his day and a description of what he has been learning. We also chose to have food provided and we know what and how much he has eaten. Our son always seems to enjoy the food. I was very anxious when returning to work but updates of photos and how my child had settled helped the transition.
Hayley has kept to his routine well even including trips out and attending local playgroups. My son loves her little girl and it is so lovely to see them together.
I couldn’t recommend Hayley enough it was the best decision we made! Our son is happy and content we couldn’t ask for anything more.

My son who is 23 months has been with Hayley for 4 months now and he settled in straight away. that being down to Hayleys warm welcome and getting to know William and his routine which has been kept to. He adores Hayleys daughter and they are close in age which is a bonus. William always comes home with a smile on his face and I was also given a book showing what he has done throughout the day and what he has eaten. I totally recommend 👌

I was really worried about sending my son to a childminder after spending life in lockdown, but as soon as I met Hayley I felt at ease. She was really friendly and welcoming and answered all the questions I had with out hesitation. She was also very attentive to my son which I really liked so gave off a great first impression as soon as I stepped in the door.
He's now been going to Hayley since April, and I cant believe how well he's settled in. Hayley always keeps me up to date on how he's doing and has stuck to his routine really well.
Hayley has a lovely home setting with a great garden which my son absolutely loves being in. I really cant complain at all about the care Hayley has given him and even for his first birthday she did him a little party which I thought was a lovely touch.

Hayley is without a doubt the best childminder we have had. She’s dedicated to providing a safe and warm environment for the children and she really does provide that extra touch that makes it feel like a home for them. She’s got over a decade of experience and you can really tell that this is something she’s passionate about. As a parent it’s always hard leaving your little ones behind but with Hayley it feels safe. She’s got excellent communication skills and she liaise with me about my children’s developments regularly.
Her home is lovely and spacious and she has plenty of outdoor space that’s been tailored to the children’s needs and safety. My son is an allergy sufferer and she always take meticulous care to cater for this. The food she provides is of a very high standard. She takes them out regularly to playgroups and parks and my children always come back home telling me about all the fun they’ve had. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful childminder. It gives me peace of mind knowing they’re so well looked after whilst I’m at work. I can’t recommend her enough.
