We booked Beth to look after our 8 month old son, at our hotel, while we went to a concert. This was the first time we've left Harris with someone apart from grandparents; and only the 3rd time someone apart from myself who had put him to bed (as usually BF to sleep). Beth was great at communicating in the run up, and was able to send her police check. She arrived promptly and easily put us at ease, and Harris took to her straight away. Beth was able to keep Harris amused, take him for a walk and give him dinner, before putting him to bed. She kept me updated throughout the night, as she knew this was my first time leaving him. Once she got him down he slept through until well after we got home - I think he behaved better for Beth than he does for us! Overall a great first experience, and would definitely use Beth again, or recommend her to other people looking for a babysitter.
