We initially employed Nicky as a night nanny for our two identical twin boys when they were released from a long stay in NICU weighing 5lbs each. From the outset she was extremely professional and we were fully reassured that she could take care of them overnight (3 hr feeds required).

After that initial period of about 8-10 weeks overnights, Nicky transitioned to providing 6 hours day care for the boys 4 days a week. Nicky has been amazingly flexible, punctual and reliable throughout and has been central to the boys development (which was challenging at the start). We now have 2 happy boys who are inquisitive and learning well and this is testament to the love and care that Nicky has provided.

If it wasn’t for the fact that we are moving house out of the area, we would have hoped to keep Nicky a couple of days a week as an adjunct to some nursery provision.

I have absolutely no reservations whatsoever in thoroughly recommending Nicky to you – wherever she works next will be very fortunate to have her.
