Madina was a full-time nanny to our son, C, from 11 to 16 months old. From the first interaction, her calm and gentle nature helped C become comfortable very quickly.

We were in the unique position of working from home while Madina was with C, and we could hear them laughing and having fun throughout the day.

Madina worked with C to further his development, including progressing from cruising to confidently walking on his own, eating with cutlery, and becoming more independent in small tasks.

Madina introduced gentle discipline and boundaries early on, and C is a better eater and sleeper with her - which made us miss her when she wasn't working on weekends!

We really appreciated her flexibility and willingness to follow C's routine; she was also extremely open to feedback. We know that C has a lifelong friend in Madina, and that she is someone we can count on in the future as well!
