After having a bad experience with a previous child-minder, Lou managed to restore my faith! I am a first time mum and I was going back to work after maternity leave to a brand new role. Lou was so accommodating when it came to the settling in sessions and she really put my mind at rest so that I could focus on getting back into the routine of going to work everyday. My little girl settled really well and I just felt comfortable leaving her there. She was absolutley thriving there and seemed to be having lots of fun doing things that supported her development. The setting was lovely and she was given nutritious food. I also really liked that she uses the Kindlery app to record little bits from my daughters day with photos and videos. We had a really great experience using Lou and I would highly recommend! we miss you and the kids Lou! XX
