I cant recommend Lou enough, she has been fantastic in helping my daughter settle. Since she has started my daughter has thrived and developed so much, she thoroughly enjoys going to Lou's care and is always excited when she sees her. My daughter was born very premature so I was really worried in taking the step of putting her into a childminder however my mind was immediately put at rest. I made the best decision with choosing Lou as she has been so supportive and caring every step of the way. Lou keeps you updated each week on kindle with all the activities your child has been up to along with the progress on developing skills / milestones. She is also always happy to respond to any messages and calls and is very flexible to accommodate. Lou is simply the best and I will be forever grateful for finding her.
