Being first time parents,we were extremely nervous about putting our son into childcare. However, as soon as we met Lou she completely put our minds at ease. She was friendly and welcoming at the initial meetings and her home was interactive and inviting for our son. Lou presented us with a portfolio of certificates and childcare information and left no stone unturned. Our son was born during the pandemic so he is very clingy to mum and dad, one month in with Lou his confidence has skyrocketed and his personality is shining through. We cannot recommend Lou enough!
