Julie has babysat for my daughter from when she was about 1 year of age. She communicated with our daughter and helped her to feel comfortable as if treating her like an equal, while also being the responsible adult. She was very patient and kind with her even though it took our daughter time to adjust to a new person. She was also playful and throughtful with our daughter, genuinely interested in encouraging her to explore and learn. My daughter loves to spend time with her. Julie is also very helpful with us. She gives us suggestions when we ask for her opinion, or asks about my preferences and respects them. She is also great to talk to :)
