Zoe was unwilling to accommodate developmentally appropriate needs for our child around drop-off and naps, indicating that all children must fit into her routine regardless of age, personality, or individual needs. Zoe then cancelled our contract without warning giving little time to find another care provider as all spaces are now taken.

Good evening,
There are a number of inaccuracies within your review which I would like to address.
Your child never attended a session as we mutually agreed that the way our setting is structured would not fit your specific requirements. It is a structure which for three years has worked very well for all of the families we have worked with and for which other than your negative review for a service your child never encountered, I have received only positive reviews. Our setting is completely full and we have a wait list.
I am sorry that you felt it necessary to write a negative review for a service you have not used, even though I gave you more than the notice within my policies had you actually used our service. I wish you the best of luck in finding suitable childcare for your needs.
