IM LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME POSITION!!!!!
I grew up in Poole, Dorset and i lived with my mum, dad and younger sister. Our family is very small and we always go out together and plan trips and we love living near to the beaches! I have always had a passion for working with children and I have graduated with a 2:1 in Early Childhood Studies. My plans for the future is to gain as much childcare experience as possible and hopefully do a masters!!
My Experience
Teaching Assistant - I worked here full time in Dorset from October 2022 - July 2023 and have recently moved back to Bristol to work. I was based in the 2-3 room and supported the room leader, leading circle times and engaging with the children, always putting each child first and ensuring of their safety and well-being.
Nursery Worker - I worked here as a casual worker from March 2021 - September 2021, working 2-3 days a week 8am-6pm. I looked after babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers and built a lot of positive relationships here. My responsibilities included safeguarding the children, engaging in activities with them, making snacks, singing songs and reading lots and lots of books!
Volunteer work - I volunteered at a few primary schools at home and in Bristol for the course im doing. My role would be similar to a teaching assistant but with less responsibility - i would engage in activities, build relationships aswell as ensuring that all children are safe.
