Paloma helped look after my 3 children (ages 22 months; 7 and 10 years old) on a flexible arrangement, and at quite short notice, and I was extremely impressed with her.
She has a lovely, calm and confident manner with the children which immediately put them at ease; and she looked after the toddler for a couple of full days, taking her on little outings, giving her meals and helping her settle for her nap. She also collected the older 2 from school and took them to an activity; and they enjoyed it so much they were not put off by the heavy rain. She was reliable in timing and good at communicating with me.
The kids are all very keen that she comes to look after them again so I'm sure they would agree with my 5-star review! She'll be the first we call for flexible help again when we need it.
