I have the ability to cater for children’s physical, educational, social and emotional needs by providing a warm, caring environment along with stimulating play and learning activities. I bond well with children and am able to build relationships that give children security and confidence, also, building trusting relationships with children, their families and fellow staff members.
Over the past eleven years, I have developed skills to care for young children, such as communicating, planning and organising. I’m highly motivated, work well as part of a team and have a caring personality with some excellent work experience gained by working within a family environment, Primary School and Nurseries. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high standard of time keeping. In September 2010, after 25 years, I decided to change my career from the office sector. I retrained into Childcare, which has developed as a career. I am very professional and passionate about what I do. I am also vibrant and positive, very approachable, reliable and honest.
My Experience

Playing in the garden, reading to the children, painting, singing and dancing.
