My two children have started with Lisa this school year, they have settled really easily and are very happy when I drop them off in the mornings. This has made my return to work much easier knowing the children are safe and being well cared for.
Lisa is very dedicated to her work and caters for the needs and development of each child in her care individually. She offers the children a variety of experiences from soft play areas to library visits etc. Lisa has planned daily activities around a special topic giving the children opportunities to be creative and play indoors and out, (which is lovely to see on the updated face book photos). She encourages the children to work/ play together and has clear behavior expectations.
Lisa provides healthy meals and snacks and gives the children opportunities to contribute to their meal planner, sett the table and even sometimes make their own meal!
Lisa always offers to help with extra childcare I may need and regularly goes above and beyond her duties. Howell and Amelie thoroughly enjoy their time playing and being at Lisa's house and I feel she cares for my children as she would her own children. I would highly Recommend Lisa to anyone looking for outstanding childcare.

Overall
Our daughter joined Lisa at her setting when she was just 1 year old and hes been there for around 18 months. The setting is always clean and tidy and we have always felt safe leaving our daughter with lisa, knowing she would be well cared for and fed in a comfortable environment. Days at the setting usually include a trip out somewhere, structured activities and lots of playing. Outings to local music and reading groups, libraries, petting zoos, playcentres, swimming baths etc were always well planned. At the setting there were activities planned; reading, singing, dancing, drawing, baking making etc. Lisa has kept a detailed, upto date progress file with photos and written reports of our daughters achievements since her time with her which will give us a good reminder of her early years. Our daughter has enjoyed her time there and we have had no issues with the care she has recieved whilst at the setting. Thankyou for everything during our daughters time with you lisa!

Overall
Lisa has provided an environment that is a home away from home for our little girl. She clearly enjoys every day she spends with her and has made great leaps socially. The activities and trips Lisa provides are fantastic and add to a very rounded experience that makes us feel not only very happy about walking away every morning but also excited to hear about what has been going on during the day when we return.
Lisa is an outstanding professional who we would recommend very highly.

I can highly recommend Lisa as a childcare professional. She worked for us for over 5 years as a full-time nanny for our two children (aged 4 and 18 months when Lisa started). Lisa has a genuine love and interest in children. She has innate common sense, lots of experience and a very caring approach. Her sense of fun combined with her ability to maintain discipline and necessary routines made her an outstanding nanny. Our children always had a lot of fun and were very happy and secure. Lisa is reliable and trustworthy. Our daughter has Downs Syndrome and Lisa was often in challenging situations which she handled with a firm but positive approach, anticipating and planning well for different situations. She is also risk and safety-conscious without being restrictive. Overall, Lisa is a lovely, very capable lady!

Overall
Lisa was the nanny to my 2 children for over 6 years starting when my daughter was 4 months old. She is flexible, hard working and totally committed to the children in her care. I have to say I couldn't have managed without her and her knowledge and practical advice were invaluable
I have no hesitation in recommending her.
