Unfortunately I cannot recommend this nanny at all. She was with us for a month, failed to bond with the children and lacked initiative. She had disclosed a previous grievance with a family but I wanted to give her a chance but sadly I was very mistaken to do this. She ended up walking out after a month simply because nanny paye had calculated her pay to be split over a year (term time only contract) and it took a few days to sort. She was very rude and aggressive during this period.
