Not professional and not recommended
When we meet Emma she looked good and kindly and our son really enjoyed.
Emma agreed to take care of our son every week end for a couple of hours, she accepted to let us know in advance when she was not available. ( this was one of the most important point of our conversation since the beginning).
Unfortunately she cancelled the sits with a very short notice (texting 5 minutes before the appointment or 10 minutes later) or without any notices at all causing me a big issue as I needed to pay and to arrange sn extra childcare “last minute” .
I am still waiting a message from her to apologise and to better understand this behaviour not acceptable and absolutely not professional.

Hello Debby76. Emma has asked me to contact you in regards to her non attendance this weekend. She has been quite poorly with Covid and has not been able to go to work, use devices or basically get out of bed. She apologises for being unprofessional and wants to assure you that this was not intentional. It will be a few weeks before she is up and about as it has affected her breathing and ability to walk any distance. Please accept her apologies as she feels awful for the whole situation.
